My philosophy

Simple beats extreme

You can lose fat and build muscle at the same time. You don't need to cut out the foods you love, live on the treadmill or disappear from your social life to do it.

What you need is a plan you can repeat. Most people don't have a knowledge problem, they have a consistency problem. So I keep the fundamentals simple, make them non-negotiable, and build everything else around your life.

“Your consistency is the problem.”
  1. 4+Workouts a week. Lift close to failure and keep progressing.
  2. 8–10KSteps a day. Daily movement does the heavy lifting, not hours of cardio.
  3. 1 gProtein per lb of your ideal body weight, every day.

My role model: Kobe Bryant

Maximize your potential.
Leave no what-ifs.

Everyone remembers Kobe Bryant's highlights. What hooked me was everything behind them: the mindset, the work ethic, the refusal to coast. He made me realize you can always do more. Was he an anomaly? Probably. But here's how I took it: if I can bring even a fraction of his focus to whatever I'm working on, I'll succeed.

On paper, he was a pretty average athlete. He became one of the greatest ever anyway, because he got every last bit out of what he was given. He was obsessed with being the best. Maniacal, even. By the end of his career, there were no what-ifs left.

  • Not the highest jumper.
  • Not the biggest hands or the longest arms.
  • Not a natural shooter.
  • Not the fastest.
  • Maxed out everything he had.
What that means for you

You don't need perfect genetics. You don't need to be the most talented person in the gym. You need focus, consistency, and the patience to keep chipping away, week after week. That's how you max out your potential. My job is to give you the plan and keep you on it, so you never have to wonder “what if?”
